Josephine M. Haines, IACCP (SM)

Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance & Operating Officer 

Josephine M. Haines joined the Wasmer, Schroeder & Company, Inc.  in March 1995. Holding various positions within the Firm, Ms. Haines plays an instrumental role in the Firm's growth.  In 2005, Ms. Haines was promoted to her current role of Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance & Chief Operating Officer where she is responsible for all aspects of compliance, client services, back office operations, accounting, as well as corporate matters.  She serves as the Osprey Fund Administrator, managing investor activity and overseeing monthly reporting, annual audit, and tax work, and is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. With over 21 years of experience in the investment advisory business, Ms. Haines was employed with another highly ranked investment management firm prior to joining Wasmer, Schroeder & Co. 

Ms. Haines holds a degree in Accounting from Bryant and Stratton Business Institute, is an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP^sm), was a founding board member and continues to be involved in the Naples Montessori Academy, is a graduate of Leadership Collier class of 2009, and serves as a Board Member for The Leadership Collier Foundation.
