In 2001 Wasmer, Schroeder & Company, Inc. (WSC) made a strategic decision to invest in GLC Capital Management, LLC (GLC) where Mr. Majoros was a principal.  GLC consequently changed its name to Wasmer, Schroeder & Company,  LLC and in January 2008 the two firms merged.  In his current role with Wasmer, Schroeder & Company, Inc.  Mr. Majoros is Managing Director & Portfolio Manager, co-managing the Firm's taxable strategy.  He is a member of the Firm's Executive, Investment, Credit and Portfolio Management committees.  

Mr. Majoros held several senior level positions in the financial industry for over 24 years. He was a First Vice President at McDonald & Company Securities, Inc. in Cleveland Ohio where he was responsible for advising large institutional US and international clients on the purchase and sale of corporate, government and mortgage-backed securities.  From 1989 to 1994, after completing Smith Barney's extensive and highly respected training program, Mr. Majoros worked in New York for Travelers Corp.'s Smith Barney unit, which is now Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. where he held the position in institutional fixed income sales and specialized in the coverage of total return oriented accounts.  Prior to that, Mr. Majoros served as a Financial Analyst in the Office of the Chairman of Smith Barney, where he analyzed and recommended options for potential business acquisitions, divestitures and combinations at the direction of senior management of the firm.  From 1987 to 1989, Mr. Majoros was an Assistant Treasurer of the Bank of New York, responsible for financial evaluation of several correspondent branch operations while also focusing on real estate related matters. 

Mr. Majoros holds a BBA from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Fordham University in New York, both with concentrations in finance.
