Mark Iannarelli is leading Wasmer, Schroeder & Company’s efforts to expand its credit research capabilities. Mark joined the Firm in 2004 and co-managed the Firm’s Short-Term Tax Exempt, Intermediate Tax Exempt, Tax Exempt Fixed Income and Long-Term Tax Exempt styles of management until his transition to the Research Department in 2010. Mark also has been a member of the Firm’s Executive and Portfolio Management Committees and continues to serve on the Credit and Investment Committees.
Mr. Iannarelli has been in the securities business for over 11 years. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Iannarelli was an Assistant Portfolio Manager at ING Investment Management in New York City (formerly ING Furman Selz) where he was responsible for the execution of tax exempt separate account management and assisted in managing the ING National Tax Exempt Bond Fund. From 2000 to 2004, he also traded commercial paper for ING’s Short-Term Investment Management group as well as investment grade taxable debt held in ING’s taxable separate account management styles. Before moving to ING, Mr. Iannarelli began his career as an operations associate maintaining Canadian Dollar based accounts at National Investor Services Corporation – a subsidiary of TD Waterhouse Group in New York City.
Mr. Iannarelli holds a BA in Finance from The University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business & Economics, was awarded the CFA Charter from the CFA Institute in 2004, is a member of the CFA Society of Naples and the CFA Institute. |
